"Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, lots of room, nicely updated, close to everything. Beds are high, so I mentioned to Hosts that a stool by the bed would be good for shorter people like me. "

"Beautiful location and the most perfectly decorated cosy home! Would definitely stay again!"

"This place has tons of character and some lovely art and handmade quilts. The locale is lovely and quiet except for the trills of many wild birds. Love the screened porch.But Grandma needs a new couch in the living room. That one is brutal. The bedrooms need places to hang clothes and the bathroom could use more towel racks.Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Cheers!"

"We are two young senior couples who were looking for a waterfrontage base of operations as we explored the Twillingate area. We stayed 3 nights, the house was 14 minutes drive from the town and with the same distance drive from great trails.... but even the walks on the quiet road along the shore were lovely."

"We were thankful all of the beds for our party of 6. The place was clean and spacious. Appreciated the full kitchen, two bathrooms, spring water and laundry available (didn’t use). Beautiful view, saw jellyfish in the water. The decor makes you think about the past and how people used to live but also how to upcycle “old” furniture. Nice, comfortable stay, thank you! "

"We booked this little gem in Twillingate and were pleasantly surptrised by the location, the dwelling itself , the amenities and the decor. It is perfect for a couple, within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, pub, museum.... To top it off, there was an iceberg just around the corner. Do not hesitate booking this!"

"This place is exceptionally beautiful and peaceful location and is the perfect place for relaxation. The deck is a great place for watching the water and birdlife and the interior is comfortable and well appointed. The only minor quibble we have is that the stairs to the upper floor (where all the bedrooms are) are short and therefore a little tricky to negotiate for us older folks. Otherwise, it is an ideal spot for a retreat."

"Though this property is a drive from Twillingate it was well worth it. The property is beautiful, and the owner has made the place comfortable and has everything you would need. Marie was wonderful to deal with, prompt and helpful. We hope to be back in a year or two!! "

"Beautiful, clean, spacious house with great view and convenient location."

"A beautiful view in a lovely quiet cove. Very peaceful. The property had most amenities we needed for our family. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, well equipped kitchen & nice deck & bbq. Also nice fenced yard for our dog. What was also noticed were some maintenance issues. The clothes dryer in kitchen area was extremely noisy & not usable. Some of the windows needed work, we could open but they would not close properly & had broken mechanisms. There was no propane firepit as advertised. A...
