"Unfortunately we were surrounded by kids during our stay so not a peaceful day to be had. Room is not bad, a mattress needs to be changed in one of the beds, it was awful. Had a maid decide she was going to vacuum at 10 pm! Went for Prime Rib special in the restaurant, it was very good. Staff were excellent. Overall. You get what you pay for. It's a reasonable rate so was willing to set aside certain things. "

"Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors."

"I was refused parking by the valet. Apparently my truck was too high for the valet to park it. I have never had issues with my truck getting parked by other valets in the past.
This valet in the process of denying parking also didn’t assist my mother (who uses a walker) and I with our luggage. I did not appreciate the service this time around. "
