"I'll start with my top dislike, which is the room switch they decided without telling me or giving me the option to cancel my reservation. My husband has a knee injury so climbing stairs to the second floor was painful, but he accepted it. This B&B only has a small number of rooms to begin with and I liked only one room on the ground level, so i reserved it over a month ago. "I loved my stay at ameristar kc. Only issues were they were not able to see my reservstion on gheir end. After 30 minutes trying to figure it out with expedia on the phone, the staff at ameristar decided to comp my room. Ill always be grateful to those employees and how great the room was. No doubt I will be back.when I am in kansas city "

Staff was engaging and present at front desk. disappointed in the cleaning staff-found food particles on sofa behind pillow, 2 of 3 bottles low or empty in bathroom-even after "thorough cleaning" mid week, same breakfast all week, put out too much food product all at once that sat for too long and became overly dry, milk not chilled properly"
