"We had a really lovely stay at the hotel last night and overall were very impressed. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and everything was clean and well presented.

"The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!).
