I had a little discrepancy in a charge at the pool bar, but called and spoke with a few managers after realizing the issue the day I left. All the managers were very helpful and took care of the issue. I will be going back!! FYI if you arrive earlier than check-in time, you will have access to the H20 pool bar all day and if you go down before check-out time and get your wrist band for H20 pool bar for that day. "The young man that checked us in was not friendly at all. In the reviews everyone said they were greeted. That didn't happen. There is beach access if you walk across a busy highway with an on ramp that wraps around the hotel. So then we go to the pool. It was full of leaves. We push the button for the hot tub it didn't work. They said oh its broken but the water is warm. I could have sat in the tiny bath tub. I had a room in the front it was so loud from the traffic. The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed"
