"So just went to this place 4/3- my honest opinion. Check in was easy and they had snacks . Bonus!! We were in building 3 and when we walked through the building door I had a bad feeling as there were only stairs, and they looked old. Got to the room and we had two bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living area and a bar with stools and a kitchen table. I brought my adult children and it was perfect. "Parking was very easy, staff was kind and professional at check in. We were offered a welcome drink which was nice. We stayed two nights, the first night our neighbor was very noisy but the building got quiet after about 11:00pm. We were upstairs and could feel in the floor if folks were walking by, at one point someone ran by and shook the whole room. Would probably ask for a ground level room next time. Access to heavenly was great. A very easy walk, maybe a half mile to 3/4 mile to the shops...

"If you are looking for a location close to the Heavenly gondola with onsite parking then this is it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Parking was great and I was aloud to leave my car for the day after checking out to get some more run in on the mountain. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m looking to ski Heavenly Mountain. "

"The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept...

"When I arrived, the toilet lid was down. When I looked inside, there was trash in there (shampoo bottle and soap wrapper). I can't imagine how someone could have cleaned the toilet and not noticed. I conclude that the toilet wasn't cleaned since the previous guest."
