​​​​​​​Gunner River Lodge is a true Montana experience, located on Flathead River with access to Flathead Lake by boat. This large home is much more than a place to sleep. Gunner River Lodge has countless unique amenities, wonderful Flathead River views, access, as well as a hot tub, Game room with pool table, media room, multiple gathering spaces, fire pit, and dock.



The Space:

With a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a bar, and a living room including a media room with theater seating, this home is well equipped to host up to 12 guests. On the main floor, you will find a true Montana great room with pool table, bar, vaulted ceilings, a significant amount of taxidermy graces the walls of the lodge. Located off of the pool table great room is the media room with large TV, theater seating and two massage chairs. Also on the main floor is Bedroom #1 with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. As well as a large laundry room and mudroom with shower. This home is the perfect for a landing place after a fun day on the lake or hiking in Glacier Park.



Upstairs is the main living area of the home, perched above to give great river views from the kitchen, dining area on the landing overlooking the game room as well a living room area all with many doors to give access to the decks.



On the north side of the home is the Primary Bedroom sleeping up to 4 with a king-size bed and full-size futon. In addition, this master bedroom has deck access, river views, a flat screen TV, as well as a large en-suite bathroom which includes a jetted tub, sauna, and large walk-in shower.



On the south side of the house is the bunk room off of the living area, sleeping up to 6 persons with two twin bunk beds and a full-size futon, And then the apartment suite with full kitchen, sitting area, full bathroom with tub shower combo, as well as two bedrooms both with queen beds



Gunner River Lodge provides great places to spend time together, and enough space to have room to relax. you will also have direct access to Flathead River with a private dock and the ability to access Flathead Lake by boat. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, Flathead river access, and dock.



In addition to the house amenities listed in the description, this home is equipped with basic supplies such as linens, towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and cleaning products. The kitchen comes with standard amenities, a coffee maker, and utensils. Should you need more specific items, we may be able to provide them at an additional cost under our concierge services. The Neighborhood:

Gunner River Lodge is located in Bigfork Montana on the Flathead River.



Bigfork Montana is surrounded by mountains and forests and rests on the edge of Flathead Lake.

Flathead Lake was formed millions of years ago by glacial action, the clear, cold waters of the lake offer hundreds of acres of watery playground and provide the perfect climate for growing the famous Flathead Cherries.

Bigfork is known for fine art, fine dining and a great theater. Its world-class art galleries are the reason that the community was designated as “One of the 100 Best Small Art Towns in the West.”



The Bigfork Summer Playhouse has been recognized for more than 50 years as one of the northwest’s finest repertory theaters.



Bigfork’s restaurants offer menus that range from gourmet dining, unexpected favorites like sushi, and the local brewery offers casual burgers and brats with a view of the lake.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get to and from the cabin as well as explore the area with ease. As a more rural area there are very few public transport and uber like options.



**WINTER ADVISORY**- Please note that October - April we highly recommended a 4-wheel or All-wheel drive vehicle, as you never know what the weather will be like in Montana.

CANCELATION POLICY:

** PLEASE NOTE, if a reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date the reservation is refundable, MINUS the processing fee. The processing fee is paid to the credit card company upon booking your stay and additionally upon cancelation.   

** PLEASE NOTE, if a reservation is cancelled LESS than 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date the reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE IN ITS ENTIRETY.
