"The setting and location is ideal. The annex has some issues with air conditioning. Two units we were in had undersized air conditioners. The staff is amazing and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was beautiful and updated. The pools were clean and very convenient to the rooms. The beautiful garden walkway was amazing! The best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. One in particular took the time to educate us on the gorgeous orchids on the property and because of Norman’s knowledge I plan on coming back again in April to see the beautiful orchids bloom. "A hidden gem and oasis in the middle Of Duval. The staff made our honeymoon extra special and were very accommodating. Very clean. Amazing bar and Pool area. "

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from the attractions we came to see. We would definitely stay here again."

"Only downside to this property is no restaurant or bar or access to any food. Rooms have full kitchens but it’s a hike to get any beverages or food. Next time I will know to stock an extra suitcase with drinks and snacks to enjoy while on property. "

"We had a very relaxing time at the resort. Service in the bar was unfriendly and rushed. There was no time to ask about food or other drinks. Maid service extremely slow. We stayed out of our room for more than 7hours on 2 days and still came back without our room done."

"Located in the heart of the walkable Duval Street we loved the location. And the tiny little pool is a gem in their back garden… a great place for a pleasant dip after walking/biking all day. The Rum Bar across the street was a bonus too!"

"Loved this hotel. Was very clean about 8-10 minutes to Duval St beautiful pool and bar outside. We stayed in a pool view room. Breakfast was very good with different options every day. Would definitely stay here again, also had a shuttle to use to Get around for free, "

"1. It figured out that the parking was not provided while it was mentioned in the listing that free parking is available. It was framed the way it conceals the reality. 2. It took an extra effort to get Wi-Fi password. 3. It wasn’t possible to adjust air conditioner. It blew super cold and there was no chance to do anything about it. I had to sleep with a bed sheet on my head not to get cold. "
