"Very mislead, images look a lot nicer than the actual place, rooms were disgusting, cigar bud ash marks all over the bed sheet. Outside my door the staff were yelling and arguing, I decided to just make the 4 hour drive home instead of staying there, may have lost $70 but I did not feel safe there. I would recommend avoiding unless you have no other choice."

"It was a very nice place. Clean, loved the porch, quiet, walkable to food and shopping. Would have liked one with a little more seating area to relax and watch TV, but we weren't there much till late anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay there again. But... the AC/HTG didn't work. Thankfully, the weather was nice, so I didn't need it. The doorknob came off in your hand if you pulled it to close the door. "Could have been cleaner. Bathroom had a weird smell and bathtub was painted and it was peeling. Breakfast was ok. Biggest letdown for my husband was the “gourmet coffee service.” Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad place, but not our cup of tea."

"Exceeded my expectations! The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle. The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!"
