"Such a wonderful experience. The staff is welcoming and there are so many extra special touches like, kits for making smores, games, chocolate dipped strawberries in the room with personalized handwritten note, bathrobes, charging spots and water kettle. I hope to go back again soon! Great breakfast too!! "

"Breakfast was great - too late on a weekend to utilize though. Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! "

"Overall the staff is friendly, there was some confusion about how we use the credit for the breakfast at the first day, but the hotel staff solved this issue. And I got the 60 mins massage, it was really good. The massage therapist knew what he was doing and my body feel much lighter and the muscles feel relaxed too."

"Great place to stay if you are in Sonoma county. This is our 4th stay in last 2 years as we come up there for a short vacation. This place is great, very easy and friendly. Helpful staff. There is a mall very close and next door to Costco so very family friendly.
Warm water pool is a plus that kids love. Plenty of restaurants nearby, covers wide range of choice.
We will surely stay here again when we come up. "
