Amazing beach views and location! Newly constructed in 2022, this 2 bedroom/1 bathroom beach cottage is just steps from Hills Beach in Biddeford, Maine. Make memories with your family or friends on a coastal getaway to this updated, modern home with ocean views throughout.

This location is perfect for accommodating all your desires on vacation. Spend your days at the beach, exploring local shops and breweries, or at Funtown Splashtown USA. Enjoy scenic walks and bike rides to the end of the peninsula, shoreline hikes, views of Basket Island, and even walk out to the island at low tide! Relish in the beautiful ocean views from the deck or stroll down to the outdoor patio for a night by the fire pit. Sunsets you only dream about!

The coastal town of Biddeford & surrounding area is perfect for your stay in Maine.

*One property w/ two separate units (separate entrances/ decks/ patios but a shared staircase for entry and exit of units)
*Unit A is currently occupied by tenants; we can accommodate up to two parking spaces in the driveway (right side carport and spots directly behind). Street parking alongside the property is available.
* Unit has kitchenette only (fridge, sink, microwave, air fryer, and grill outside available for use; no stove or oven)
*No washer and dryer in unit
*Please note although we all love our furry friends, we cannot accommodate any pets at this property!

Rooms with A View

We stayed during my son’s graduation week from UNE…location, location, location! It’s a small, but well-appointed, homey space with plenty of seating and sleeping accommodations. A short walk to beach and morning coffee with beach front views. It’s exactly what we wanted to celebrate a special moment in our lives.

Fantastic Location

Unbeatable location steps from the beach, and close to Portland and other attractions. It was perfect for the three of us, when not out and about, we all hung out in the open room upstairs with the comfortable couch. It exceeded our expectations. Owner was super responsive and helpful with my questions prior to arriving. Highly recommend.

Nice location

House was very clean. Comfortably sleeps 6-7. There is not comfortable seating for 6-7. A card table that could be accessed for games or meals would be a nice addition.

Fantastic Vacation

This vacation rental was absolutely cozy. We enjoyed everything about it. Very clean, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed fires at the fire pit nightly. The beach is just walking distance away. Very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. We definitely would stay here again, if we were to return to Maine. Oh-there are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in the home.

Clean, well-equipped unit with great neighbors!

This unit is one-side of a duplex, equipped with everything you need for a restful stay (except stove/oven, as noted in the listing, but with microwave, grill and air fryer, you can still make dinner). The space is clean and tastefully furnished, and the owner is very easy to work with. I would suggest bringing your own pillows, as each sleeping spot in the home gets only one pillow. Towels and linens are excellent quality, and the little touches are there - a bin of "in case you forgot" emergency supplies, wineglasses in the kitchen, clear instructions for checkout. We loved our time in Hills Beach!

Fabulous

This home is absolutely perfect. The view was incredible. Steps from the beach. It has everything you could possibly need for vacation. The beach, a yard for the kids to run around in, a patio with a fire pit and grill, a beautiful deck to sit and have morning coffee watching the small boats come and go and an impeccable interior.
