"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"Came for a short stay had everything we wanted and was able to use the pool, sauna etc without paying any extra. Could have had more staff serving at the bar. Guy behind reception was great the room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed "

Solo tenía un ventilador en una mesa donde no había enchufe. Además se accede a todo el hotel por escalera, y a nuestra habitación por un tramo final muy empinado y muy estrecho. "The hotel, staff, location and food could not be faulted. We were visiting friends who had moved to the village and they recommended us to stay at The Heyford. We are DEFINITELY coming back. "Love this little gem of a hotel. Quirky and all the rooms are very different but always comfortable. Staff are always very helpful and welcoming and breakfast and wifi is included which is a nice touch at this price range. Don't expect 5* or a perfectly maintained hotel but you will have a comfortable and great value stay in a nice location with plenty of free parking. "
