"The property was well maintained but our room was never cleaned.Left at 9am and returned at 9pm and nothing was done. They claimed they had problems but we paid $200 a night and they didn't even replace the towels. The price should really be reduced for our inconvenience.I had to ask for fresh towels and I did get that."

"The outside of the building and lobby area aren't fancy, but the room was very sufficient with a great cold air conditioner and good hot showers. The breakfast was very nice and well-maintained throughout the morning and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location for visiting Harper's Ferry historic sites and the AT."

"The wifi wasn't exactly too useful for my personal devices and there was only one washer and dryer available, so that was a pain. The pool was small but relatively empty for my entire stay, at least whenever I went to use it. The gym only has weights and cardio stuff not much equipment to work out other parts of your body like some specific muscle groups. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. "We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...

"We needed a pet-friendly place for one night while traveling on I-81 and this Hampton Inn was perfect. It was an easy off and back on the highway, parking was ample and convenient, and the breakfast was actually quite good. There were several chain restaurants just a few steps away, so we didn't need to get in the car again once we parked it. If I had packed bathing suits, I might have enjoyed the small outdoor pool that was very inviting after hours on the road."
