However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay. "dasPaul Hotel is in a great location. The room was of good size and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tight on space, but workable. Note that there is no reception desk at this hotel. The check in and out process is mostly self-serve. Also note that there is no lift that I saw in this hotel, only stairs. If you have mobility issues, this could be an issue. The food and staff at the dasPaul restaurant were fantastic but the restaurant seemed to have somewhat odd hours of operation."
