"Hotel and breakfast staff were great. Always helpful and nice. Rooftop restaurant could have been better. The website didnt say anything about reservations but staff pushed it hard and didnt want to sit us until we stated we only wanted drinks. Lower restaurant was a little slow too. Gym was closed the whole time I was there which looked like it would have been great to use if they didnt have it closed. The wall paper was peeling in the hall way. The room was big spacious and clean."

"The entrance is amazing with beautiful woodwork, fireplaces and a bronze masterpiece. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The hot breakfast was ample and satisfying. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels."

"The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work."

"I loved the courtyard outside and it was a comfortable place to spend the night for a concert about 15 minutes away. No issues. But definitely the courtyard was my favorite part of the hotel."

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"Clean room very no frills only hand soap offered. No kitchen items to use unless you purchased pots and pans. No hand towels or dish towels. Quiet place friendly staff. Fine if you want to bring a lot of your own kitchen items."
