"The place was filthy. Sticky counters, hair, debris, and dirt on everything. Smudges and fingerprints on all of the mirrors. The dishes had old food on them. The place was disgusting. That was the first room. We told the staff and they gave us a new room. This room was even worse with the dirt and had blunt rappers, rust stains on the countertops, more hair, etc. we had to wear shoes inside because when we were walking around our feet turned black like PITCH BLACK in less than 10 minutes. Room could use major upgrade. Carpet and couch were dingy and old (as in, we were careful not to sit on couch at all), but bed was pretty comfortable and sheets were clean and fragrance-free (bonus!) Felt like a 3-star resort, not 4. "

"The property was very quaint. It was a perfect location, which was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was great. You could actually make a meal in there and there was a full refrigerator including a freezer. Only complaint there was no pool. It was under construction due to the hurricane hopefully when we come back next year, the pool will be up and running. Will definitely come back. Staff was awesome "
