It was very convenient and it matched the pictures listed. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The lights in the bedroom had dust and spider webs and the base of the floor in the bathroom and shower were dirty. It has great potential, though. I will definitely keep it in mind especially if the hot tub and the outside area gets finished.

We chose the location because it is near the ski resort we love. So, of course it being winter, it is cold- single digits with wind chil -20 F. When we arrived at the unit the inside temperature was 40 degrees. It was clear no one bothered to turn the heat on for our arrival. It is now 5pm, we can’t cook, we can’t relax because it is too cold. We ended up having to turn the heat up, leave the unit, and go out to dinner to warm up. When we got back it was a bit warmer however not comfortable. There was literally ONE blanket for the bed. They may want to make a point of warning people this unit isn’t set up for cold weather.

Henry is very thoughtful and highly invested in us having a good experience. He kindly provided us a plethora of varied hiking trail and restaurant recommendations. Which were fantastic and we otherwise would not have found on our own. The location to outdoor activities was great. We look forward to staying again.

The kitchen wasn't in great condition, there were mouse droppings in the drawers and cabinets. The owner was very gracious and refunded us some money because of that. But we didn't eat there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the TVs worked great.

cute little place

This is a cute small space - great for one person or a couple. The owner was very responsive to a particular issue and that is extremely helpful in a winter situation.It is close to ski mountains and hiking trails for those in the summer months. Off the beaten track and quiet.

Great small apartment!

This place was a great small apartment in the heart of a ton of things to do if you love the outdoors. Hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, it has it all! Great restaurant at the end of the road.

Weekend Getaway

Nestled in between Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch, this was the perfect place for us as a couple interested in hiking. While there wasn't a lot in the direct vicinity for shopping or eating, this was centrally located to just about anything you would want to do in the White Mountains. Host was extremely easy to work with even when I had to cancel my initial reservation.

One night stat

We stayed for one night, it was super cozy, clean, and quiet. Parking was easy, and nearby to multiple excursions. There’s also a nice coffee shop at the end of the street we really enjoyed.
