Perched on a knoll in Bethlehem, only 15 mins to Cannon and Franconia Notch, 25 mins to Bretton Woods and Loon, and 12 minutes to downtown Littleton, you will find this newly renovated mountain lodge overlooking the peaks of the White Mountains. Every room opens to a private balcony, and the very large deck is perfect for sunset views. Minutes from great skiing, hiking, mountain biking and charming towns, it's a cozy four-season retreat for relaxing, exploring, and reconnecting with nature. It's air conditioned, has a gas grill and is pet-friendly, too!

The home is on two level. On the main level, you will find an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, a mudroom with washer/dryer, four bedrooms in two separate wings, and two full bathrooms (both with heated floors). But that's not all! Head downstairs to find a Game Room, which doubles as a bonus sleeping space with a queen daybed and TV with cable for a cozy hangout. In addition, you will find a lounge area with comfortable seating in front of a pellet stove—a favorite après-ski nook. A half bathroom is also located on this level for added comfort. The magic doesn't end there. Head outside to find a very large main-level deck with mountain views and private balconies off every bedroom!

SLEEPING & BATH CONFIGURATION

MAIN LEVEL: PRIMARY WING
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV private balcony, and serene mountain views: a perfect space for winding down after a day outdoors.
- Adjacent Room: Queen daybed (perfect for kids or extra guests) and a comfortable desk setup, ideal for guests who'd like to work or study during their stay.
- Shared Bath: Beautiful walk-in shower with double shower heads and heated floors

MAIN LEVEL: SECOND WING
- Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, desk and chair, private exterior balcony with view to the Strawberry Hill forest, and a desk and chair for remote work or reading.
- Full Bedroom: Full bed, private exterior balcony with forest view, and a desk and chair for quiet workspace or journaling.
- Shared Bath: Full bath with bathtub (ideal for kids or a relaxing soak) and heated floors

GROUND LEVEL
- Game Room / Bonus Sleep Space: Queen daybed and TV with cable for additional guests or a cozy hangout

FLOW & FEEL
The heart of the home is the open main level—cook, chat, and unwind together, then step onto the deck to take in the breathtaking mountain sunsets. Bedrooms are separated into two wings for privacy, while the lower level offers space for games, movies, or a warm fire on the pellet stove after a day on the trails or slopes, plus a bonus sleeping area.

Strawberry Hill Lodge sits on a peaceful hillside in Bethlehem, New Hampshire, surrounded by forest and mountain views. The town's Main Street is just a few minutes away, offering a charming mix of cafés, local breweries, art galleries, and small shops that capture the relaxed spirit of the White Mountains.

For everyday needs, the Village Store is only a 3-minute drive from the house — perfect for quick groceries or morning coffee. Larger stores like Walmart and Shaw's Supermarket in Littleton are about 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up for longer stays. Stop by Rek'-lis Brewing Company, a local favorite for craft beer and casual bites, or explore nearby boutiques like Lonesome Woods and other delightful Main Street shops. And don't miss our “Super Secret Ice Cream” a local ice cream spot that's a true hidden gem for ice cream lovers. For outdoor lovers, Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon Mountain, and Bretton Woods are all just a short drive away, offering some of New England's best hiking, skiing, and breathtaking views. GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to our home, with a few clearly marked areas reserved for maintenance or owner storage (such as utility and storage rooms or closets). These areas are not essential for your stay and will not affect your access to any amenities.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Driving and access in the winter:
Winter in the White Mountains can be beautiful—and occasionally intense! The driveway is plowed after about 3 inches of snow (typical for NH), and once accumulation exceeds a foot, our plow team also clears our deck. Since the living and dining areas overlook the deck, you might see them early in the morning after a snowy night. Shovels are also provided if you prefer to clear a bit on your own. A bucket of salt is also provided near the entrance for guests to use if the stairs get icy. Cars and mid-size SUVs can park below the deck with direct access to the house from the ground level, so there's no need to take the exterior stairs during snowy weather.

If your car doesn't fit under the deck, please park to the left of the entryway stairs, as close to the deck as possible, so there's room for snow removal. Only one vehicle fits there. If you have larger or additional vehicles, please park to the right of the entryway stairs, keeping close to allow the plow to pass safely.

For comfort and safety, 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter months.

Access and mobility considerations:
Please note that the main level of the house can be reached either by exterior stairs or by an interior staircase from the ground level. Because of this layout, the property may not be suitable for guests using wheelchairs unless assistance is available.

Recent renovations:
The Lodge has been completely renovated inside, with new finishes, bathrooms, and expanded deck and balconies. The exterior siding will be replaced once weather allows, but the home is otherwise fully refreshed and beautifully updated for your visit.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is at 11 a.m.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.
-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.
-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-Dogs are allowed (5 max), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.
-Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to bark and disturb neighbors or damage the property.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Amenities
-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.
-Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, with beds made and fresh towels waiting for you upon arrival.
-There is AC (mini splits)
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces.

Trash and Recycling
-Bagged trash and recycling will be collected after your departure. Additional trash and recycling can be left in the utility room.

Disclosures:
-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.
-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
-To help keep the property safe, motion-sensor cameras monitor only the driveway, basement entrance, the back shed (not for guest access), and the oil tank room/overflow trash area. No cameras face indoor areas or guest spaces.
-Our House Rules are designed to promote responsible behavior and respect for others. While we want to keep rules minimal, setting clear expectations is essential. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to all rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
