"Schock bei der Anreise. Habe ich noch nie erlebt & darf nicht passieren! Toilette war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Personal an der Rezeption nett und bemüht. "Es gibt hier keine Rezeption sondern einen Code der nicht so einfach funktioniert. Wir waren nicht alleine mit Problemen. Die Sauberkeit hatte noch Luft nach oben und es gab kein Frühstück und auch keine Getränkeautomaten."

"Staying in an historic schloss in the eastern German countryside was a unique experience. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful, though communication was a bit disconnected at first. The Schloss is well off the beaten path - but very charming."
