"Safe and quiet neighbourhood, remarkable easy check-in process and friendliness of the check in staff. Plus what a fantastic restaurant on the top floor! No need to wander through a strange city to find a place to eat the evening you arrive. I strongly recommend this place."

"Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content."

"Great place"

"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not...

"We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one. Good four star. Quiet surrounding."

"사실 이 돈이면 좀더 크고 좋은 환경에 호텔을 이용할수 있다 방은 너무 작고 특히 화장실겸 욕실은 너무 작아서 똑바로 자리잡고 씻기에 정말 불편했다 변기가 세면대에 붙어서 비스듬이 서서 씻어야 했다 그리고 조식도 문제다 사과를 언제 깎아 놓았는지 다 검게 바랬고 푸석해서 바스라 졌다 내가 여행을 많이 하지만 정말 해도 너무한 조식이였다 또하나는 여긴 청소는 해주지만 시트는 갈아 주지 않는다 시트에 때같은 것이 있어서 청소를 해달라고 했는데 그대로 똑같은 시트였다. 내생각엔 청소라는 개념이 스레기통 비우고 쓰던 수건 정갈하게 다시 넣는 기분이랄가...한마디로 쓰던거 체크아웃할때까지 계속 쓰는것 같다."

"Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "

"I stayed for three nights at Bishkek Centrum and the hotel was perfectly fine. When I arrived they were suffering a power cut which apparently is not unheard of in Bishkek but I got into my room and registered later. I had a suite which was pretty good but by no means opulent. My room wasn’t cleaned one day but that was probably my fault as I didn’t hang the thing on the doorknob when i went out for the day.
