I arrived at the Lanka Princess Hotel to find no one able to resolve my booking issue. I spent over 4–5 hours trying to contact both the hotel and Expedia live chat, which eventually froze with “Got it, let’s help with your request.” No solution was offered, and I was left stranded after a full day wasted. I had to move to The Palms Resort nearby and pay extra for an all-inclusive stay just to have accommodation that night. I’m requesting a full refund for the Lanka Princess booking and reimbursement for the additional cost I incurred. I can provide receipts and screenshots as evidence.
