You and your pets (up to 4, no breed/size restriction) can forget your worries in this serene home with spacious bedrooms. A fenced yard awaits your furry friends, open floor plan and only 10 minutes from OC in the Ocean Pines Community. Offshore Tails is a two bed and two bath single family home.

Ocean Pines offers many amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, 2 restaurants, indoor and outdoor sports courts, boat and kayak launches, skate parks and a golf course to just name a few! Some amenities have fees and we include a parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club, right next to the ocean on 49th st.

Ocean City, MD has everything from Boardwalk fun and games, great restaurants, fishing and more! Have fun in OC during the day and retire to Offshore Tails for quiet evenings.

We do offer one 40 inch plastic crate for your pets and pets must be crated when no one is in the home. We supply hand, laundry, dish and dishwasher detergent. We start you off with toilet paper and paper towels, but do not offer a full supply as everyone has their own preferences!

The space
Master has a california king mattress and private bath with shower. The side tables also have plugs and usb ports.

Second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin trundle. direct access to hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.

3 large screen tv's, one in living room and one in each bedroom.

Fenced yard. Pets must be crate when alone in home, one 40 inch crate provided. Please bring your own crates for multiple or larger dogs. $100 pet fee per stay regardless of number of pets.

4 car driveway in front of home. stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi. Keypad lock for contactless check in and check out. 2 bikes available for use. We provide hand, laundry and dishwasher soap. We do not supply paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels. We supply sheets but guest must bring their own towels.

Other things to note
Please note that while some platforms do not "count" infants towards occupancy totals, Worcester County, MD does. The total occupancy for our home is 6 persons, regardless of age. No unregistered guests are permitted on the property without prior approval.

No cats. All other pets are fine.

There is a $75 clean up fee should dog waste be left in the yard. There is also a $50 replacement fee for lost or removed beach club parking pass and also a $250 fee per person for guests/$100 for pets not disclosed on the reservation. We do not permit EV charging. We also recommend travel insurance in case of illness, travel disruption, etc.

Rental Agreement: by submitting a request to book or booking the home, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all provided information. This includes listing details, safety and security disclosures, House Rules, Fees and Charges, Cancellation Policy, Platform TOS and Platform ground rules for guests. Violation of any of the above mentioned policies may result in immediate termination of the reservation/stay without refund and may result in additional charges. Primary guest assumes all financial and legal responsibility for all members of their group, their personal property and for travel insurance. All refunds for cancellations are processed according to the policy stipulations and no exceptions will be made. Primary guest agrees to pay all damage and/or excess cleaning fees if the property requires such after check out. Should you have any questions before booking, please message the host.
