A firepit and a gas grill for backyard barbecues and evening s'mores sessions. Multiple living rooms provide plenty of space for the whole family to spread out inside. Guests will appreciate the master suite bathroom equipped with a five-foot-wide tile shower, and separate soaking tub.

Enjoy fantastic community amenities including a farmers market, two marinas, a premier racquet sports complex, a skate park, and multiple playground areas. The yacht club features a pool, dining, and free live music on the weekends. Pack up the car for the Ocean City Beach Club five miles away, with parking (Parking fee required - contact Beach Club directly. Side-street parking available on first-come-first-served basis). Sunny days on the beachfront with a pool and snack bar make your visit to Ocean City complete.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
