For all self-catering we have apartments with fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower. All apartments with kitchen are very quiet and aligned to the garden side. Distribution: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with dining area, sofa bed and LED TV, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 kitchenette with 2 hotplates kitchen: is equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 ring stove, fridge, crockery, Dishcloth, dish soap Sleeping: 1 double bed & 1 sofa bedInternet: Free WiFi Practical: laundry on request in the house, breakfast can be bookedGood to know - 1x bed linen per stay included, 1x towels per stay included, hairdryer at the reception free of charge for hire, Extra beds and cots are available, duvets in all rooms, on request without quilts possible, animals are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the entire house, bike rental is possible In the apartments with kitchen, the kitchens must be completely cleaned before departure. A final cleaning of the kitchen can be booked for 60,00 €. In case of disregard 60,00 € become due. The indicated price refers to an occupancy for 2 persons. The apartment house Kaiser Friedrich is conveniently located in the midst of single and multi-family houses in the district of Potsdam-Eiche. The spacious garden plot invites you to linger, the New Palace is within walking distance and the bike path Lindenallee is located in the immediate vicinity behind the house. In all holiday apartments with kitchen you can enjoy the view of the garden and the adjoining field. Half of our apartments were renovated in early 2019, and the renovation of all apartments will be completed by the beginning of 2020.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 06:00 to 11:00.

Schöne Wohnung, schöne Lage, sehr netter Empfang. Kleine Details zum Verbessern: Es wäre schön Küchenrolle, Schälchen und kleine Teller (Untertassen) zu haben. Der Duscha

Ein tolles Objekt mit vielen Parkplätzen, einem großen Garten mit Spielgerät und exzellenter Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unser Apartment sehr sauber und mit viiiel Platz für Taschen und Koffer. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für das Bett, das fanden wir persönlich nicht komfortabel. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft dennoch weiterempfehlen.

Alles war reibungslos! Weitläufiges Gelände mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Parkanlage Sanssouci ist in 5 min mit Fahrrad erreichbar.

Neu renoviertes Appartementhotel nahe am Neuen Palais und Schloss Sanssouci. Unser Appartement war neu und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Es gab eine Möglichkeit, unsere Fahrräder einzuschließen. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Kurzurlaub.
