Towels were conveniently provided, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the necessary appliances. However, not everything was up to par. "Everything about our stay was made easy! From the detailed information, to the cosy rooms; the perfect location, to the ever helpful communication from the lovely owner. I needed an stress-free few days away…and my young boys & I loved our stay. Having private parking and being immediately behind Shakespeare’s birth place, made this so convenient for nipping back. Completely recommend!!"

"We loved our stay at this hotel we didn’t stay in the hall, we stayed in the Coach house which was a massive room and very clean. We had dinner which was very tasty just could of done with more of it small portions. We took our dog for a walk around the grounds in the morning and it’s stunning! One tip if you have a big vehicle make sure you take the Jubilee drive entrance. "

Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."

"Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."

"Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! "
