"Our family members were staying doors down from us and did not have air and the room was not exactly clean when they arrived and were assigned to that room. It was very hot in their room and the staff member. All they said was that they could bring him a fan so the kids did come to our room not real happy about that. The least they could’ve done is given him a different room or gave him money back on their stay otherwise our room was fine."

"Everything was great. Clean, neat, good staff. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was good too. Only one problem was the fire alarm went off around 2 or 3 in the morning. Was extremely loud and kind of scary sounding. Then it didn't continue. Kind of unnerving so we checked outside and hallways to see if there was a fire but didn't know what was going on. Seemed ok so went back to bed. Apparently in the morning they told us that someone was smoking in their room & they were kicked out. Otherwise...

"The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)"

"We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one...
