"Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby. Da wir in der Nacht angekommen sind, haben wir ein Zimmer in der fünften Etage bekommen. Bei der Ankunft haben sie uns gesagt, dass sie keine Aufzüge haben. Das haben wir natürlich am nächsten Morgen andere Rezeption weitergegeben, dass es nicht möglich ist ..."
