Apartment THE NEST between green and nature

Bright renovated apartment of 80 square meters in a quiet and characteristic village at 450 m altitude. Inserted in the characteristic alpine historic center of the town of Berbenno di Valtellina, halfway between the towns of Morbegno and Sondrio.
There are 4 beds, a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed on request, all equipped with pillowcases and sheets. On request a cot with bars is available, suitable for children up to 3/4 years. The bathroom has a large shower and bath. Bathrobes are provided and usually replaced every 2 days or on request. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to cook: a built-in cooking oven, a microwave oven, salt, oil and necessary in case of late arrival, the food is not included.
It is equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The property will do its best to ensure guests every other request.
In the living room there is a 32 "LED television served by a digital terrestrial system and a comfortable 4-seater sofa.
The apartment is served by central heating with external gas boiler, air conditioning system in the living room and equipped with Wi-Fi protected internet.
Available for guests a private parking area discovered under the house.
On request we can provide breakfast, the amount of 10 euros per day will be charged separately.
