Newly remodeled with all new furniture! This is a BRAND NEW listing! Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is a short walk or short drive literally down the road. The biking path to get to Collier Mountain Bike Trial is viewable from the houses front or back yard right on 3rd Street in Bentonville.

There is a newly felted pool table to add some extra entertainment.
All bedrooms and living room come equipped new TVs with Netflix, Amazon, and Disney Plus streaming services.

We liked the location of those house; however, the house itself was lacking. We had to go buy a roll of toilet paper and a box of Kleenex. The kitchen had the barest of essentials. Don’t plan on doing any baking or larger meals jn this house. The most frustrating thing was the lack of any outdoor seating. There is a back patio yet not a single item of outdoor furniture. It appears as if the house is managed to the barest so be prepared to bring a lot of your own comforts or kitchen essentials.

Everything was as listed. I reached to the host 36 hours before check in about a possible early check in and the host didn’t respond. Reached out to host again the morning of check in and still no response. Got nervous because we have been cancelled last minute before by VRBO hosts. Finally four hours before check in time I finally reached out to VRBO and they sent us the check in info and reached out to host via phone to answer our question about early check in.

Seemed as if there had been some construction done recently and they left drywall screws in the driveway -- thats the only reason I didnt leave a 5 on the cleanliness - but overall a 5!!. Aside from that, the booking, check in and checkout were so easy, communication was great, and its a great house amd location. Everything was as was described. We'll be back again!!

Great location , quiet neighborhood and very nice home. The master bedroom king size bed was uncomfortable with a sunk in spot in middle of the mattress. Other 2 beds were queen size and comfortable. Pool table was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay

disappointed with the host as he notified us that the guest bathroom was unusable due to toilet issues so the only bathroom was back in the master bedroom and was very inconvenient for the five of us staying there he never responded to my requests for a discount - I find it very rude that he simply did not respond to me. The ceiling fans do not work. The master bedroom bed is terrible. It’s completely sunken in in the middle and my spouse and I both struggled to sleep because it was so uncomfortable and awkward. There are lots of bugs, crawling around and cobwebs on light fixtures. They are very few dishes and cups no cutting board that I could find so if you’re going to stay here, you have to bring everything including very basic things like salt and pepper. And you probably want to bring your own cooking utensils. Overall, it’s a nice house but again very disappointed that the host didn’t even respond to my request and he only told us the day we were checking in that the extra bathroom was not working. Also, when we came in that toilet was actually open with no sign on it no indication that it could not be used so I think it would be prudent if a fixture like that is unusable that there’s at least some sort of note to worn visitors

We have previously only provided positive reviews. We have never submitted a negative review but this house was so grimy that we felt we should share. The master bedroom shower has black grime on the tiles. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work only the lights were functioning. The kitchen floor, cabinet faces, and sink are just dirty. The kitchen is poorly supplied. The pots and pans have are the Teflon forever chemical from 20 years ago. There was no seasonings, sweetener, coffee pods. The salt shaker is empty. No dish washer detergent. The manager called us the evening we arrived to tell us the washing machine is broke and is full of dirty water (were the sheets the last load that didn't get rinsed and spun?). No chairs on the outdoor patio. Positive side: This place is close to Coler MTB and has a big garage to store bikes.

The house was beautiful and perfect for the weekend. There was no shampoo or pods for the dishwasher. The pictures of the back yard were a little deceptive. From the pictures on Vrbo it looked like there was a privacy fence but it was open on the side where the road was. It wasn’t a deal breaker thought. I would definitely rent again!

Girls weekend!

Everything was great for all 6 of us! Almost better than the pictures when we walked in. Very nice and clean. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Bentonville Bike Trip

Nice place and good location. Could easily ride to Coler trails. The garage was super convenient for storing bikes and gear. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, but not MTB friendly yet

We couldn't have asked for a better location... right next to Coler and the BikeFest we attended. Also was easy access to SlaughterPen. I think this is a newish rental property, so I think they still need some work on getting the house ready for folks here for mountain biking. A bike stand in the garage and a hose with sprayer should be the minimum available for storing bikes and cleaning them off. On the inside, I loved the clean and inviting decor and the beds were all very comfortable. The pool table was a real bonus for us, and we enjoyed playing on it and being able to watch movies on the big screen that could pull away and rotate from the wall. If you plan on cooking here, you may need to bring a few things... the kitchen could use a larger soup pot and a colander. There was no dishwasher detergent, Laundry detergent or surface cleaner available and the sponge was old and used. Many of the pots had old food stuck on them. I also think someone willing to put in some elbow grease should tackle the cabinets. We found them to be pretty grimy with old food and grease on them. Backyard was lacking in a grill and some patio chairs and was not fully fenced (photos made it seem that way). Overall, we would rent here again simply for the amazing location and the other pros I mentioned. I hope some of these suggestions are taken into consideration though and the listing is updated to be more accurate.
