For coffee aficionados, there is a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, and a French press with bean grinder. Complimentary supplies. Tall ceilings make the space feel even larger. Floor to ceiling bookshelves full of interesting art and books. 4 barstools make it easy to gather for meals and games. 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV and super fast WIFI. Beautiful Italian tile throughout. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and luxurious towels. Full size washer and dryer. Relax in the comfortable living space for a movie or to enjoy one of the many interesting books. Plenty of space in the 3 car garage for bikes. 6 minute walk to downtown square with many restaurants, shops, and bars. 15 minute walk to Crystal Bridges art museum. 6 minutes from Walmart Headquarters.

I travel quite a bit and this is hands-down the best short term rental I’ve stayed at! From the moment I booked, the owner was in contact with me to offer assistance and answer literally any question I had. Check in was a breeze and the place was perfect! It felt like I was staying at my cool friend’s place—it’s immaculately yet comfortably decorated, super organized and well stocked without feeling like you’re in a hotel or like you’re intruding on anyone’s personal space. An easy walk to the square with well lit streets, which was huge for a solo traveler. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and there were wonderful touches throughout the space, like lots of great lighting and a nice big closet area where I could sort through my stuff but then slide the door closed and not have to see my suitcase. I was so happy with my stay and will definitely book this next time I’m in town!

An extremely clean, quiet, inviting, and private location; kitchen was very well equipped; many extra kitchen and bath supplies available if needed; walking distance to town, trails, Heartland Whole Health Institute (check out the art and the Meditation Room), and the Crystal Bridges Museum. Very friendly and welcoming community. Debbie, the host, understands chemical sensitivity health issues and provided free/clear products. Debbie responds immediately when contacted. Rogers is a small town also worth visiting during your stay; ate at the Onyx Coffee Lab and The Rail. In Bentonville, we also enjoyed the Museum of Native American History, The Walmart Museum, The Spark Cafe, Ozark Mountain Bagels, HomeGrown, and the Eleven at the Crystal Museum. We would like to stay at Studio C again to explore more of Bentonville and nearby towns. It was a relaxing stay. Thank you, Debbie.

This was our second stay at Debbie’s place. It is a wonderful place with all you need. The decor is spectacular and the attention to detail is incredible. Location is a short walk to downtown but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

So impressed with this place and the host! Easy check in and check out instructions. Such a great stay in such a great location. My son and I went for a long weekend to go bike riding and it was so conveniently located. Love the separate entrance and it was the most well stocked place i’ve ever stayed.

I really cannot overstate my delight in this property! From the moment we booked, the owner was responsive and welcoming. We were able to store our bikes in the garage downstairs. The unit was just the right amount of space with comfy beds, abundant quality linens, a well-appointed kitchen. They really thought of everything! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony under the trees with coffee & cocktails. The studio was drenched in light, plants, art, and books. The location was terrific! We walked to restaurants downtown and biked to Coler and Slaughter Pen. We will definately stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Very clean and quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. This place was immaculately decorated, and I can’t imagine a place being better stocked. Owner was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Look forward to staying here again someday.

Awesome place.

My wife and I stayed for three nights for a mini biking vacation. The location is fantastic, 1/2 mile from Slaughter Pen, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is well decorated, modern, and very clean. Unlike most rentals, the dishes are actually new! Having a garage to store bicycles was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Wow!

Absolutely loved this property. Location great - nice neighborhood and walkable to a lot of things to do and see. The apartment was beautiful…very well decorated, and the kitchen was amazing. Never been to Arkansas, but would definitely return and would love to stay here again!
