Hopefully my forever vacation place!

This place was above and beyond my expectations. This is the only place I would love to stay at when I am visiting Bentonville. We have stayed at many places here, hotels and vrbo’s yet this place exceeds them all. The cleanliness in itself was excellent. The house is very beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk to the city square and then go hiking on the trails from there. All I can say is, try it for yourselves and you will love it. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Unfortunate experience

We were really looking forward to our stay, and while the property itself was nice, our experience with the host completely overshadowed that.After checking out, we were accused of smoking on the property something none of us did. The host threatened us with a fine but provided no evidence (no photos, no documentation), and the only possible explanation for the accusation was that we were being watched through the Ring camera which we were never made aware of or consented to.We left the space clean and followed all the rules, so being treated this way felt invasive and unfair. The communication from the host was accusatory and unpleasant, with no effort to resolve the situation respectfully.This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. We would not recommend this stay to anyone who values their privacy and a fair, respectful host interaction.

This was our first visit to Bentonville, and we were impressed. The house was centrally located, which was fantastic because our event was a four-day wedding celebration. We appreciated the instruction manual and warm welcome of mints and good coffee (after a long flight).

Great house, great location!

This house was perfect for us! We have two small kids, so the floor plan (bedrooms upstairs, living space on the first floor) was great for hanging out after they went to bed. Also, having laundry and garage access was fantastic for our biking vacation. Lindsey and Joel were super responsive and great communicators. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome townhome, fantastic location

Stayed here with my family for a few days of trail riding. Just a short ride to downtown and Coler Preserve. The townhome was much larger than expected and had everything you need! Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host when questions came up.

Thanksgiving gathering

We had a wonderful time for 6 adults next to the city center. We prepared a full feast, walked to Crystal Bridges and everywhere in between. Had a wonderful time. Would not hesitate to visit this property again.
