There is no kitchen but there is a cozy bathroom and lounge space with queen sized bed. Guests have access to the grounds and the spacious deck behind the Cottage.

The space
There is one other space for hosting guests on the property which may or may not be occupied during your stay. Also, deer, foxes, groundhogs and raccoons sometimes frequent the area surrounding the Cottage --AT ALL HOURS--especially the deer in the fall. The deer come to feed on fallen apples at night. Frequently coyotes can be heard yowling into the night. The building and deck is made completely of wood so please don't smoke on the deck or the balcony or in the room. Smoking is allowed in the yard away from the building.

The living space is above the art studio. The grounds and yard are available for guests to use.
