Unit B Built in 2022, A modern 2 bedroom/ 1 bath Suite with fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room.. The bedrooms are furnished with queen bed, two twin beds, bedding and pillows. Kitchen is fully furnished including coffee pot, keruig, toaster, microwave, freezer/fridge, stove, pots/pans, plates, silverware and cleaning supplies. Unit has kitchen table with chairs, two couches, smart tv, office table with chair, outside bbq and patio tables/chairs. Apartment is just minutes away from the Cherokee National Forest, Parksville Lake, Ocoee River and much more. Enjoy whitewater rafting, fishing, boating, and hiking, right in your back door! We are located at the Whitewater RV Park at the base of the Ocoee River. Coin laundry is available at the office. No pets. Only sleeps 4 people.

Stayed in the apartment for 2 nights to visit a friend staying at the RV Park and it was perfect. It’s proximity to her allowed us to spend lots of great quality time together and was close to all the activities we planned. The space itself is great - very clean, private, and well equipped.

This is a very clean Vrbo with an ice cream shop downstairs and a restaurant downstairs is coming soon apparently. I haven’t stayed at many vrbo’s as nice as this one.

Great location for whitewater fun!

Seriously cannot beat that location if you’re going to the Hiwassee or Ocoee. Places to eat nearby and a straight shot to the river. The place was outfitted well for us to make breakfast and I even took a work video call on the WiFi before leaving.

My sisters and I loved the apartment. It was perfect for us, the beds comfortable, the thermostat worked, was nice and clean, and perfectly located for all the places we wanted to visit. I would stay again!

Great Location

Nice comfortable, quiet location central to our planned activities. The room could use a vent for the stove as we set off the alarm twice just making standard fares and no noticeable smoke. Other than that a perfect stay.

Mini family get away

Came in for a wedding. Family stayed in the apartment next to us, and other family stayed in the RV park. Nice clean apartment and RV park. Close to lots of hiking, biking, and water activities. Would definitely stay here again. Sat on the deck with the family and had a spectacular view of the 2024 Strawberry moon. It was the icing on the cake..

Beautiful Property

Definitely recommend staying at this property. The place had everything you could need from pots and pans to playing card & board games, and books…. And that Buff City Soap! Beds were also very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights in the stayed. The ice cream shop under the apt was so good too. I will be back! Thank you again!!

beautiful area would stay again

Loved it the only thing I didn’t enjoy were the beds they were a little uncomfortable but the couches were good to sleep on! The house was beautiful and clean. In a very beautiful area and close to amazing hiking areas. The ice cream place downstairs was an amazing treat as well.
