"This is my go-to hotel in Redding. Super dog friendly, the staff are helpful and lovely, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and they have plenty of parking. I’m on a work trip and have stayed at 3 different hotels this week (independent hotel, large chain, and Americana Modern Hotel) and this was by far the cleanest and most modern room that I’ve had. "

"This is a great spot for getting around town and safe. There’s a great restaurant attached to the property with excellent meals and very friendly service. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and ready to assist with any of your needs. There’s also a big grocery store across the street to stock up on all your needs. Rooms, tv and bathroom are spacious and new. Nice family friendly space. "
