"Staff was super kind and friendly. The pool area was great for the kids. The free breakfast was great with gluten free options. We also needed the laundry. The one bedroom setup was great and we loved that we could bring our dogs. Great stay!"

"Property was clean, front desk and housekeepers friendly and very helpful. Breakfast not as good as other Holiday Inn Express. Cinnamon rolls more like biscuits and no frosting, ran out of pancake batter at 8 and didn’t get it refilled before we left at 8:45 and we even requested it. "

"We stayed one night and this hotel was awesome. First, they allow a 11:30 am check in which is rare. We were visiting friends so we dropped bags off and came back late night but it was convenient be able to do so. The room was immaculate and even though the bathrooms are shared, you get the full bathroom to yourself when you use it. The location is great just outside the ferry terminal. "Wasn’t sure about this place since it’s not one of the “big name” hotels. Boy, were we surprised about how great it was! Clean rooms, plenty of space and very friendly staff in a great location. We’ll definitely be back again for our next visit."

"Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free.
