Set on a plot of approximately 1,200 m², this exceptional chalet offers tranquility, privacy, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The three bedrooms—all with views of the sea or the rocky gorge offshore—offer the highest level of comfort. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, a spacious rooftop terrace, direct ocean views from the extra-large luxury bed, and an outdoor bed for special nights under the starry sky.
Despite the absolute tranquility, popular beaches such as Cala del Moraig, Cala de los Tiestos, and Cala Llebeig are within walking distance. The charming coastal towns of Moraira and Jávea, with their restaurants, boutiques, and beaches, are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Outdoor spaces to dream in
The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the spacious infinity pool overlooking the open sea and the adjacent nature reserve. The wraparound pool terrace, featuring lounge furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, offers plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.
A Mediterranean garden with large palm trees and exotic plants surrounds the house. For culinary evenings under the open sky, a fully equipped luxury outdoor kitchen with a grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large seating area is available. Several shaded seating areas around the house invite you to linger.

Bathrooms & Wellness
All bathrooms feature high-quality, modern amenities. A total of three restrooms are available. A walk-in shower, bathtub, and spacious, stylishly designed mirrors and bathroom cabinets round out the experience. Towels and a hair dryer are, of course, provided.

Perfect for digital nomads or professional breaks: The chalet features a fully equipped home office with a large curved monitor, docking station, ergonomic chair, printer/scanner, speakers, and fiber-optic internet (1 Gbit/s). All you need to bring is your laptop.

All bedrooms are furnished with large double beds (2× queen, 1× king). The guest bedrooms feature smart TVs, and built-in closets provide ample storage space.
