Summary:

A warm welcome to our spacious holiday accommodation in Bendorf near Koblenz! Our property accommodates up to 20 guests and is ideal for family gatherings and large groups. Upon request, we can provide up to 38 sleeping arrangements in combination with the neighboring building.



Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails through picturesque landscapes nearby. We also offer a variety of entertainment features such as foosball, a pool table, and an arcade machine. A stay at our property becomes a truly entertaining experience!

Welcome to our spacious 360-square-meter house, spread over three floors, offering you an exciting and memorable stay in Bendorf near Koblenz. The perfect combination of comfort and entertainment takes center stage here.



As soon as you enter, you’ll be welcomed by our inviting hallway, which features an extensive game zone. Whether you’re visiting as a large group or in smaller gatherings, you’ll find everything you could wish for: a dedicated billiards room, a lounge with a poker table and Nintendo Switch, a foosball table, an Xbox with projector screen, and even a photo corner for fun souvenir pictures with friends, teammates, or family.



From the hallway, you can also access our relaxing wellness area located in the courtyard behind the house. The sauna, whirlpool, outdoor shower, and bucket shower promise pure relaxation.



The second floor of the spacious house features four of our five bedrooms. The queen-size beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep, and each bedroom is equipped with clothing racks and storage space. The fifth bedroom on the top floor includes a well-equipped children’s play corner with fun extras such as modeling clay, coloring books, and pencils.



The large living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, are also located on the third and top floor. The inviting, cozy couch is perfect for relaxing, while the Smart TV and our game consoles provide plenty of entertainment. A cool karaoke speaker and Let’s Sing 2023 for the Switch are also available if you’re in the mood for singing.



In the kitchen, you can prepare great meals using our essential appliances, keep drinks chilled, and enjoy wonderful moments around the generous dining table. A starter supply of Nespresso capsules as well as a filter coffee machine are provided for your coffee enjoyment.



To make your stay even more memorable, we provide a charcoal grill for cozy barbecue evenings. Please note that charcoal is not included and must be brought by guests.

Guest Access:

Access to our Rheinsteig Chalet is provided via a key for the front door, which is stored in the key safe mounted next to the entrance.



During your stay, the entire property is exclusively at your disposal.

For outdoor enthusiasts, scenic hiking trails are easily accessible, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The town center of Bendorf is also just a short drive away, providing additional shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Getting Around:

Getting to and around the Rheinsteig Chalet is simple and convenient! Free parking is available directly along the street.



For guests arriving by train, Bendorf train station is located nearby and offers connections to regional and national rail services. The journey to Koblenz Central Station takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi, providing access to an even larger transportation network. From Koblenz, you can easily reach major cities and airports. Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.



In addition, local buses run regularly through Bendorf, connecting you to surrounding towns and areas. We recommend checking the current timetables locally for the most up-to-date information.

Parking:

Stopping in front of the property is permitted for loading and unloading.

Otherwise, parking is only allowed in the large designated areas above and below the property. Please note that local authorities regularly carry out inspections.



Outdoor Area:

From November to March, the use of the outdoor shower and bucket shower cannot be guaranteed due to possible freezing temperatures. We appreciate your understanding.



Heating:

The heating throughout the house is set to a standard temperature of 22°C (71.6°F). Adjustments to the radiators are not possible.



Multiroom Sound System:

To use the multiroom system, an additional free app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the property.



Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous guest’s check-out, the whirlpool may not yet have reached operating temperature, as it will have been freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled.



Mobile reception inside the property is very limited due to its forest location. We recommend using Wi-Fi calling to avoid communication issues.



We have no objection to birthday celebrations; however, we kindly ask you to keep outdoor noise levels reasonable. Please do not use speakers or sound systems outside and avoid loud shouting or causing any other disturbances. We want to ensure that all guests and neighbors can enjoy their stay.



The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to begin cleaning promptly. This ensures that the property is ready on time and in excellent condition for incoming guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
