"Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...

"I noticed several young people arguing...they may have been drinking or using something. The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. " My wife and I have spartan needs in a hotel room, and when we pay $55 for a room our expectations are certainly not extravagant. Our room was more spacious than expected, and there was plenty of space for folks with mobility issues (i.e. walkers) to get around in the sleeping area and the bath though we are not those.
