This delightful and well-decorated home is perfectly located in the heart of Sunriver, a short walk to the Village at Sunriver, the Lodge and SHARC. With large family and dining spaces inside and out, vaulted ceilings and big windows, the house is set up for families and friends to relax and enjoy all Sunriver has to offer.

The open living space features cozy leather furnishings, wood burning fireplace and large Smart TV for those days when you want to stay in. The adjacent dining room seats 10 comfortably or you can sit at the breakfast counter in the fully stocked kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including brand new range, microwave and dishwasher (2023/2024).

On the main level are 2 bedrooms with King beds and a shared bathroom with the rest of the living space downstairs.

Head upstairs to the loft to find a King bed with a privacy curtain and balcony access. The 3rd bedroom is located off the loft and has 1 King and 2 Twin beds (twins can be converted to a king) all with a shared bathroom upstairs.

The neighborhood is quiet because it is surrounded by golf fairways. Look for wildlife during peaceful evenings on the front or back decks or from the hot tub. When it comes to fun and relaxation, this home provides the ideal package. Enjoy the ping pong table year round in the heated, carpeted garage (no parking available inside). Parking for 4+ cars is available in the driveway.

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. It's only a short stroll or bike ride for coffee, restaurants or cocktails in the restaurants in the Village and main Sunriver Resort lodge.

IMPORTANT (Air Conditioning): This two-story home has single zone air conditioning. That means that the upstairs will be warmer than the downstairs (sometimes by 10 degrees or more).

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great house and a great layout for our family and our teenage kids to bring a few friends, plenty of bikes and they were all in great, working shape. Fantastic location, roomy living area and plenty of comfortable furniture for everyone. Host was great, responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and had fun with the ping pong table. It was really nice to have the the walking paths and shops near by. FYI. The house does not include sharc passes, but we did not need them.

Amazing Hosts!

This house was perfect and had everything we needed! Super comfortable inside and tons of outdoor space too! The hosts are so easy to get ahold of too. The couple of times I texted them, I got an immediate response to my question. Do not hesitate to book this house! We will be back in the future for sure. Thanks again!

Relaxing Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was the perfect set up for two teens upstairs and parents and a 4 year old downstairs. We appreciated the well organized and not overly stuffed cabinets do we had a pantry for food. The house is an easy ride to the village and our little one rode around the loop in front of the house when she wanted more adventure. We brought ourvown bikes, but were pleasantly surprised in the quality of several bikes available for use at the house. We look forward to staying again!

A great getaway

Wonderful rental in the heart of Sunriver

We enjoyed our stay at this property over the Christmas holiday! The location is perfect—a short walking distance to the mall, the lodge, and access to all of Sunriver’s walking/bike trails. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage and playing in the snow and sledding on the golf course nearby. They rental comes with 4 king sized beds (and 2 twins) which was more than adequate. The kids used the upstairs loft (which has a king bed) as a bonus room and the adults enjoyed the spacious downstairs. Bennington was very responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!
