This spacious, single level home is conveniently located across the street from fort rock park. With large 'great' room for entertaining and a fully stocked kitchen, our home is perfect for entertaining and socializing. There is a gas fireplace in the living room to keep you warm along with a variety of board games to keep you entertained. Also a Ping Pong table in the garage.
We have a high speed wifi connection and cable tv service. Our hot tub was installed in November of 2013 and located outside the back door on our private deck. We have a Weber gas grill on the side/front deck connected to the gas line so no need to worry about running out of propane.
The large kitchen is integrated with the great room and dining area, so the cook can enjoy the fun while preparing the meals. We have a gas oven along with all the cooking utensils you will need to entertain yourself and your guests. Of course there are all the appliances that you would expect to find in your own home including a coffee grinder for fresh ground coffee in the morning.
There is a full size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. The garage holds an assortment of bicycles(9) with helmets, including 4-children's bikes, 2- tag-a-longs, a Burley bicycle trailer, and a single jogging stroller. 2-child carrier backpacks. There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and a 3rd with 2 bunk-beds for the kids. There is a Pack and Play in one of the queen bedrooms. Each of the queen bedrooms has a flat screen tv, a dvd player and cable. High speed wi-fi is available throughout the house for streaming video and surfing the net.
The house was built in 1989 with a modern layout. The master suite has a private bathroom with his and her sinks. The great room includes a large flat screen LCD tv on the wall, DVD, VCR, a stereo sound system. There is a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy.
Access to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center (SHARC) is included in the rental (8 passes). This brand new, state-of-the-art facility features outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, two water slides, an outdoor adult hot tub, tot splash & play areas, event space that includes an amphitheater for live music, a café, park, picnic areas, playground, Bocce ball court, basketball court, and a year-round tubing hill.
