Experience the charm of this 4 bed traditional Spanish townhouse in Benalmadena Costa. The property offers four bright bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort, and furnished with inviting, cozy furnishings throughout. The living spaces are thoughtfully decorated to a high quality so that a welcoming atmosphere is ensured for your stay.The house features three outdoor terraces, ideal spots for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco. Both the front and back terraces provide ample space to lounge or dine in the shade. There’s even a BBQ in the back terraced garden which is great for casual gatherings. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen contains all modern appliances needed for your self catered stay, including a washing machine, electric kettle, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and living area, with a table and chairs for six, large comfortable sofas, and access to the back terrace. So the high ceilinged room has abundant natural light.Downstairs a separate lounge area offers a cozy retreat with comfortable sofas, surround sound, and a smart TV, allowing you to stream Netflix, Prime, or YouTube, making it an ideal space to unwind. Located below the ground floor, this room remains cool during the warmer months. There is also wifi available throughout the house.Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: two doubles and one single bedroom with a workspace and desk, along with a main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The top floor hosts the master bedroom, which includes both a double and a single bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a rooftop terrace furnished with lounge seating—perfect for sunbathing with a refreshing drink.Just a two-minute walk from the front door, the communal pool and garden provide a refreshing escape on hot days. The beautiful beach is only a 15-minute downhill walk, making seaside outings easy and convenient.Please note that street parking within the communal gate is not permitted; cars should be parked on the street outside the community at the bottom of the hill. Refer to the photos in the gallery for a view of the road. As this is a lively residential community filled with Spanish charm, some noise is to be expected throughout the day. We kindly ask guests to be mindful and refrain from disruptive noise after 23:00, as neighbor complaints could result in the loss of your deposit.Convenient local bus and train services connect you effortlessly to other parts of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel, making it easy to explore and enjoy your surroundings.Benalmadena Costa is renowned for its beautiful beaches, lively atmosphere, and diverse attractions.
