About The Property



Step inside and you’ll discover a bright, south-facing open-plan living area designed for relaxation and connection. The space features a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances, a built-in smart speaker system, and a spacious lounge with plush sofas, 48-inch Smart TV, and dining area perfect for cosy evenings after exploring the coast.

Recently updated by the owners, Pebble Beach offers a seamless blend of modern design and relaxed coastal style, with soft neutral tones, quality furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout.

There are three steps up to the front door and entrance hall, leading to:

Bedroom 1: Super-king-size bed (180 cm wide), chest of drawers, mini wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 cm wide), chest of drawers, hanging facilities.

Bedroom 3: Small double bed (120 cm wide), chest of drawers, hanging facilities.

Bathroom 1: Bath, WC, hand basin, shaver point, and toothbrush charger.

Bathroom 2: Power shower, WC, hand basin, shaver point, and toothbrush charger.

Utility cupboard: Washing machine and storage.

Outdoor Space

French doors open onto a split-level deck with a wooden dining table and chairs ideal for al fresco meals or summer barbecues. There’s also a bistro-style patio perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks under the stars, complete with parasol and ambient outdoor lighting.

An external storage room offers space for beach gear, games, bikes, and extra seating for guests who like to make the most of outdoor living.

Set in the heart of Bembridge, this stylish bungalow is ideally located for exploring the island’s stunning coastline and village charm. You’re just a short walk from Bembridge Beach, local shops, independent cafés, and traditional pubs. The area is loved for its sailing heritage, seafood restaurants, and beautiful coastal walks.

Enjoy beach days at Lane End and Forelands Beach, or take in the views from Bembridge Lifeboat Station. Within a short drive you can visit Sandown, Seaview, and Ryde, making Pebble Beach the perfect base for discovering the best of the Isle of Wight.



Guest Essentials Important Information



Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£35) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£150) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)



Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.



Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger; use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

No stag or hen parties.

No smoking or vaping indoors.

Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels and cot linen).

Please respect the property and neighbours during your stay. A breach of these rules may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

The Island Holiday Company manages this property in full. Should you need assistance during your stay, our local Ryde-based team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with an out-of-hours emergency service at weekends. Full details are provided in your property brochure on arrival.
