"Lovely place, check in was easy & place was clean, nice area. Bathroom door was quite difficult to close. Steep Stairs made it hard to bring suitcases up. Overall we had a great stay."

"The room was large and clean however the windows were original to the building. This resulted in needing to use ear plugs due to people on the streets below late at night as a bar was below in the same building. The staff were accommodating us when our first room assignment resulted in being beside a room with multiple loud speaking guests. They moved us to a quiet corner which was very much appreciated."

"disappointed from arrival,
The staff onsite left early so we had no way to get into the property or to the room, luckily we were let in by a member of the public going through the same situation, and we came across a very helpful maintenance staff member who called someone to help us get access to the suite.
The entrance was dirty with rubbish, very noisy room, lots of street noise and it would have also been nice to be made aware of all the ongoing works outside the accommodation, that...

"It was worst experience ever, my room on the back was facing garbage and homeless people and smelling so bad.As I was sick asked to change my room but reception denied. Bed was so dirty and also reception people was smoking every time I sawthem, in front door and whole building smells like cigarettes that they used strong perfume to remove it.
They hygiene was disgusting as they refilled with cheaper products instead of the same brand."

"Great location. Next to Queen street train station, Buchanan street, George Square and much more. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with laundry, dishes, and toiletries. Could have a few more amenities to make it more comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator and there are several flights of stairs. Not ideal for people with mobility issues."

"The washer/dryer did not work. I messaged the property twice, but they never responded. I had to find a laundering service, and I spend a lot of time and money to launder my clothes. Also, the property was filthy!! It's been 10 days, and the property still has not responded to my messages."
