Listen to the ocean waves lap against the shore in this beautiful oceanside beach house. Located in the quiet and serene community of Belle River, PEI, this airy, bright, and well appointed vacation home awaits your arrival.

It offers bright, spacious living areas, 150 feet of ocean frontage, and is situated on 2 acres of manicured lawn, affording plenty of room for outdoor play for children and adults, alike.

The quiet, sandy beach is just steps from the beach house deck, with expansive hard packed sandbars at low tide, perfect for clam digging, building sand castles, beach combing, or just a relaxing stroll.

The kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom offer 16 feet of stunning floor to ceiling windows, perfect for spotting seals and watching coastal birds dive for a fresh catch. Views from the beach house are filled with an ever changing backdrop of sea and sky--sparkling water, magnificent sunsets, starry skies, and moonlit ocean waves.

At the end of the day, crawl into your dreamy white bedding, and let the rhythmic ocean sounds and gentle sea breeze lull you to sleep.

Amazing and beautiful!

This was such a wonderful stay. What a beautiful home and location with a lovely quiet beach. The kids had a blast exploring the sand and rocks and hunting for clams. The house is clean and inviting and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Short drive to lighthouses and restaurants and anything else you would need. 10/10 recommend staying here and we will hopefully be back in the future.

Perfect Stay for a Family

There is not much to add that others have not already included in their reviews, which are spot on! I will emphasize that Tracy is lovely to communicate with, and that the home is PERFECT for a family getaway. We appreciated having the beach right there. We hope to return.

Lovely beach house

Very well equipped house that has everything (and more) that you need for a beach stay. The kids loved beach-combing & clamming out the front door & spent hours at the Broken Rock Fossil Shop. Even though we visited outside the summer season we found lots to do on the East Coast.

Sunshine beach house was more than we could have imagined! The location, the decorating, the amenities available in the home were outstanding. I loved waking up looking out at the ocean. It was a wonderful haven to return to after the few day trips we went on. Walking on the sandbars was so relaxing. We cannot wait to return!!

All was as it appeared on the VRBO website.Clean, clean, clean. It was easy to locate, and enter. The owner extremely approachable & responsive. Perfect Getaway

The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully. The kitchen had everything we needed for when we wanted to cook. The property is in a quiet area and it was delightful being able to walk the beach everyday. Everything together made this a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to go again!

Beautiful Setting for a Family Vacation!

We had an AMAZING time on PEI thanks to this beautiful house and it’s amazing hosts! The house was immaculate and exactly as described! We enjoyed lots of quiet time on the empty beach and explored a few of Tracy’s wonderful recommendations! We hope to be back very soon!

Immaculate Cottage

Our stay at the beach house was fantastic. You can feel how well looked-after this cottage is from the moment you step inside. Our family of three felt like we were at home right away. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos, perhaps better, as we were pleasantly surprised at how large it felt in the open living space. I can't overstate how clean the cottage felt. We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely vacation spot!

Beautiful location! We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and enjoyed relaxing both inside and outside this seaside cottage. It is very well equipped and the hosts are very welcoming. We’re hoping to return again next year! Plus, you need to try out MacDonald’s Bakery in Montague - so many delicious treats to pick from!! Enjoy!!

Wonderful!!

This spot did not disappoint! We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and numerous walks on the beach. The place was spotless with all the creature comforts - we cooked, and relaxed. We especially liked the propane fire place on the cooler evenings. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we already booked a stay for the spring! Very restorative stay!! Jackie & Phil

Simply amazing!

What an incredible place. Sunshine Beach House is a treasure on a beautiful island. The beach house was fully stocked and beyond, making cooking a breeze and a pleasure. Everything you could need and more was there. The house was immaculately clean and the beds were super comfy with really soft bedding. The views were to die for and the proximity to the water was second to none. We loved our daily walks on the beach to treasure hunt. Simply a wonderful place to call home for a week!

perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time with our grandchildren playing on the beach. They played soccer on the grass and the house is beautiful, like out of a magazine. Falling asleep listening to the waves was magical, and lovely sunsets. Ate chowder and lobster rolls from Point Prim on a few occasions! A special place to make memories. Karen Watts
