Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei, comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
This was a beautiful small hotel. Rooms were decent size for Italy, clean, well apointed and cozy. We only stayed one night, because the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were slim and hard. The other reason was because it was uncomfortably warm in our room and they didn’t have air conditioning. the week before had been a cold spell and they had changed the system over to heating. No A/C in entire hotel. It was at least 80 in our room. We tried to open the patio door, but the loud sound of the waves lapping on the shore all night wouldn’t allow sleep.
Woke up sore and miserable, so promptly checked out and went elsewhere.
But to be fair, the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant on site overlooks the lake, and is a beautiful setting for dinner. The hotel is a short 2 min. walk to the quaint downtown and multiple restaurants and ferry.
The staff was warm and welcoming and were earnest and upset that we didn’t know or weren’t told about the a/c issue. They could’ve gotten us a fan and it would’ve been fine, but there wasn’t any fixing that super firm mattress.
