Alpine is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse that sits in a quiet neighborhood. We are just yards from the back 40 bike tails or you can be in Bentonville within minutes to enjoy Crystal Bridges or Bentonville's numerous bike trails. We offer a split bedroom floor plan with ensuite bathrooms. The living room has a pullout queen sofa bed that has a memory foam mattress. The property has a private deck that overlooks the golf course.

Superb

This was our first Vrbo experience & could not have been better. We were looking to explore Bella Vista & the location was perfect & quiet. It was situated off road on a golf course. Hiking & all areas of interest were nearby. The newly renovated townhouse was nicely stocked with amenities. Just inside door there was place for gear & shoes, then to right kitchen with new appliances with about everything you would need. Just beyond that was dining & living area with sliding doors to patio & view of golf course. Two bedrooms to left & 2 bathrooms with one joining the larger bedroom. Baths updated and nice closet dpace with shelves in master. Thank you for a beautiful time.

Great little townhouse

This was a perfect townhouse for two couples. Very clean and very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked. Didn’t have any issues at all. Nice view of the golf course. Great location. Most comfortable beds that I think we have ever had at a rental! Thanks for a great weekend. We will be back!

Peaceful and comfy

No surprises! It’s as beautiful and serene as it looks. Everything about it was set up comfortably: the bed, the blankets, the towels, the couch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked every meal there. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful too. It was the perfect long weekend getaway!

The unit was spotlessly clean, well stocked and the owner was very, very helpful. The furnishings were so tasteful. The bedding was super comfortable and the towels were plentiful and fluffy. We highly recommend this property.

Even Better Than Advertised

Wonderful property. Very well maintained and immaculately clean. Wonderful location, especially if you're there for the biking. The Back 40 Trails are right out the back door. If you're not into mountain biking, surfact trails are also right out the door and it's an easy bike ride into Bentonville. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Rest and Relaxation

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had a very welcoming feel from the moment we stepped in. There were adequate supplies and we had everything we needed. The area was very peaceful and quiet and easy access to restaurants and activities. We also enjoyed all the natural beauty around us. Small things make big differences and Kelli did a great job providing all the details. We even had a place to store our bikes and did not have to take them with us everywhere we went. Also included were hammock chairs and nice, cozy lights on the back deck to enjoy during the evenings. We also received a note from the cleaning staff regarding an item they found while cleaning. Although it was not an item of value, the fact that they took the time to contact us met a lot and shows honesty and integrity, which is much appreciated. Thank you Kelli for providing a beautiful condo and please thank your staff for their honesty! We would definitely recommend your condo to family and friends.

Property was just as bright and clean as advertised, reasonable additional appointments/supplies to make the stay that much more comfortable. Perfect little 2 bed/2 bath in a quiet area literally just off of the back 40 trail system and on a golf course.

Absolutely beautiful property. I will try to stay there again on our next trip to Arkansas! Loved the sweet rolls and coffee on hand. Even had a couple of dinners in the freezer if we got in a bind! Grandkids loved the playground.

This place is awesome.

We have stayed in a LOT of Vrbo’s and this was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed. It’s beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the scenery is top notch. We absolutely loved it. We will for sure be back to golf!
