"Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further,...

But this time I went to the front desk 3 times to get them to turn them on and NOBODY ever showed up to do so. So was not able to enjoy the Hot Tub so much this go around."
