Our Stylish Apartments are located in one of the most secure and desirable neighborhoods of Belize City — just 15 minutes from the International Airport and 10 minutes from Downtown. The area offers a wonderful mix of local charm and convenience, with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shops close by. For everyday essentials, a corner supermarket is only a 3-minute walk from your door and several dining options are just a short 10-minute walk away.

The bathroom is appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, and crisp white towels, ensuring a refreshing and comfy experience.

The serene bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, while additional guests are accommodated in style: the living room sofa converts into a queen bed for up to 4 guests.

PARKING:
Please do not be concerned that we offer street parking only. It is very well lid at night by one of the street lights that illuminates the road and parked vehicles. Area is safe. Our own vehicles are parked on the street every night.

THE PROPERTY:
Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is to be used by all our guests and serves as our lobby area.

Our yard, fence and landscape are under some renovation. Also, we adding one more unit in the back and outdoor kitchen for our guests. Work is not loud or every day and is always finished before 5 pm, but we want our guests to know beforehand.

LAUNDRY:
There is a laundry service on the premises available for additional fee Mn-Fr. Clean towels and bed linen is brought to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can provide beach towels as well.

PETS:
We welcome stays with your lovely furry friend, however, there is a pet fee of US$25 per day.

BIKES:
We share our personal bikes with our guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. You can use them to explore the city or for grocery shopping/food pickup!

Great place in Belize City

This was the first place my partner and I stayed before heading to the Cayes. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect stay for our first night and we would absolutely stay again.

Nice and spacious. Clean. AC works well. The area is around there is decent, considering the alternatives in Belize City. Nice cafe/coffee shop nearby. Water pressure is really low.

Very convenient and clean apartment

The place was clean and comfortable as advertised! Lots of small amenities (clean water jugs, kitchen basics, bug spray and lotions, furnished porch, notes for restaurants and taxi numbers) really help you feel at home. Its a bit of a walk to eat or buy groceries, but that was ok for us. Streets felt very safe.

They provided water to refill my water bottle. They provided free bikes. They provided a list of places to eat and a very close small store a walk away. The common area is nice to sit outside. I felt very safe sleeping there. They let me check in very early no charge because it was available. It was very clean. If I had to stay in the city of belize I would stay there again.

Great stay. Great host.

Nice apartment with all the basics I needed for the week. I appreciated the bottled water and tea selection. I’m a single female traveler and felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Grocery, pharmacy and dining were a short walk. I enjoyed the complimentary use of the bicycle. Easy $1USD bus ride into town as it runs in front of the property. Just flag it down (white school bus) and have the driver drop you in front. The Water Taxi is a short walk from the end of the bus route. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay! Clean and cozy apartment and looks like on photos. The host was awesome, she helped us with some questions we had regarding where to go eat and quickly arranged a taxi ride. Check-in was easy with the directions we received. The house is located in residential area of the city thus far from dangerous streets, but there were many cafes and restaurants in a walking distance. Best Western hotel was like 5 minutes walk and they had full bar and great restaurant. We also had dinner at Sahara and it was awesome. We would stay here once again for sure. Would love to see the property with all the renovations that the owners planned to do.

Perfect apartment and very accommodating family who hosted us. Apartment was clean and smelled good. Linen was white and spotless. Shower had hot water which is not common in Belize. Host provided nice body soap and shampoo conditioner. Kitchen had all the basics you need. Location is nice, we felt very safe, close to everything. Thanks!

Definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Belize City. Close to airport and water taxi to get to the islands. Great place to stay and in walking distance to many local stores. The host was great and left details about Belize that was really helpful. The place is clean, quiet and a perfect place to get away.
