The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, crockpot, juicer, microwave, and all cookware, dishware, and utensils needed for easy home-cooked meals. Step outside to take in river and mountain views from the patio, enjoy outdoor dining, or fire up the pellet grill with pellets provided for a relaxed evening BBQ. The home sleeps groups comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed and twin futon in the second bedroom, and two full beds with a twin futon in the third bedroom. Guests will also enjoy WiFi (34 Mbps), central heating and air conditioning, fresh linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. This downstairs unit offers step-free access, the homeowner lives on-site, pets are welcome with a fee paid prior to arrival, and exterior security cameras are in place facing outward only. Ample driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles, with additional space for a trailer.
