"An excellent Inn conveniently located close to the seafront in Newport. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were of a good size and exceptionally clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety with healthy options. It also had parking which is at a premium in Newport. It was so good we stayed a second night."

The view is mostly the city and a small amount of harbor but you can access a better view from the observation deck on two levels. "
